Ayurveda Remedies: Pathyadi Churna – Useful Rheumatoid Arthritis Remedy


Pathyadi Churna is a very handy compound and an effective remedy in combating Rheumatoid Arthritis. It can also be prepared easily.

Ingredients:

  •  Pathya / Haritaki: Terminalia chebula / Chebulic myrobalans
  • Shunti: Zingiber Officinale / Dry Ginger
  • Yavani: Trachyspermum ammi / Bishops weed

Haritaki: Terminalia Chebula: Chebulic Myrobalans

Shunti: Zingiber Officinale: Dry Ginger

Yavani: Trachyospermum ammi: Bishops Weed

All the 3 ingredients are taken and pounded individually. They are filtered through a sieve and their fine powder is obtained. The fine powder of each ingredient is measured and equal quantities are taken (50 grams each)

All 3 powders are mixed in a mortar and pounded for half an hour to make a homogenous mixture. Pathyadi Churna is ready. Store it in an air tight container.

How to use it?

Dose: 3-5 grams of the Pathyadi Churna should be taken mixed with hot water or buttermilk.

Uses:

  •  Relieves Rheumatoid Arthritis quickly (Mild to moderate cases without complications)
  • Relieves inflammatory swelling of the joints in Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Destroys indigestion and loss of appetite

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis is a systemic and auto-immune disorder and its treatment depends on its stages and severity
